Q: How blue light is harmful to our health?
A: Blue light is the strongest light within the visible ray spectrum, and it has enough energy to penetrate straight through, passing the cornea and crystalline lens of the eye without being absorbed, and reaching the retina, which can cause it to deteriorate. Exposure to blue light for long periods of time can stimulate the ciliary muscle, causing the eye pupils to contract. This can cause a series of symptoms such as eye tired, eyestrain, dry eyes.Blue light exposure can also lower melatonin levels associated with deep, peaceful sleep.

A: Cyxus does offer international shipping! Due to custom clearance, International Shipment delivery time is NOT guaranteed, though.

Q: What should I do if I am dissatisfied with my purchase from Cyxus?
A: Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and we do everything we can to ensure that your experience at Cyxus makes your life a little easier. For 30 days after the date of purchase, return your undamaged Cyxus product and receive a full refund for ANY reason.

Q: What should I do if I receive a defective product?
A: Cyxus is committed to quality products. A product with a quality or operational defect that was purchased from Cyxus can be returned for a refund or exchanged. We will refund the amount you paid for the defective item, and any applicable shipping charges to the payment method you used to place your order.
